One of the more challenging towns in Quebec in which to build housing is the Montreal bedroom community of Pointe Claire, a suburban municipality of 35,000 residents that imposed a widespread freeze on many new residential projects in February 2022. That failed to deter George Vouloumanos and Benjamin Sternthal.
