Paradigm Realty, a residential real estate company based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, recently acquired Waterford Square, a 406-unit apartment complex in Waterford, Michigan, for $25.25 million in a transaction handled through a court-appointed receiver after the previous owner, a Michigan-based company, defaulted on its loan.
