WeWork, the flexible workspace provider in the process of renegotiating leases and exiting buildings across the globe as it fights to shore up its business, said it had secured a "significant investment" to refurbish its space at 16 Great Chapel Street in London's Soho after signing a "leading AI startup" for two floors of the 20,000-square-foot building.
