Triple-Net Leased Chesterfield Building Sells

American Tool and Mold purchased the 10,990-square-foot retail building at 47011 Gratiot Ave. in Chesterfield, MI for $2.675 million, or approximately $243 per square foot. The property was sold with seven years left on a triple-net lease to CVS.
