Walter E. Nelson Co., a Portland, Oregon-based maker and supplier of cleaning materials, bought a warehouse property in Bonney Lake, Washington, for $41 million, or about $222 per square foot. According to a press release from the listing broker, the deal marks the third-priciest property sale in Bonney Lake on record, and the most expensive since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
