A 61,560-square-foot industrial building at 1105-1107 Terminal St. in Sacramento’s Yolo County has sold for $9.05 million, or about $147 per square foot, in an owner-user transaction that reflects the region’s accelerating demand from occupiers seeking to control their facilities.
