United Properties Sells 119,000-SF Retail Bldg in Minneapolis

Centerpoint Energy, Inc., a domestic energy delivery company, acquired the four-story former Neiman Marcus retail building at 505 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis, MN from United Properties for $11.78 million, or about $99 per square foot.
