Portion of Spring Valley Town Center Sells for $11.5M in Receivership Sale

Stong Set of Offers Points to Market Improvement

First Allied Corporation purchased a section of the Spring Valley Town Center in Las Vegas for $11.5 million, at a CAP rate of 8.3 percent. The portion included 60,105 square feet and was 92 percent occupied at the time of sale, including tenants such as 7 Eleven, GNC, The UPS Store, Fatburger, and others.
