The 95,000 square-foot shopping center at 400 North Galleria Drive in Middletown, New York was sold to NorthEnd Equities for $3.95 million. Also known as 'The Plaza at Crystal Run,' the property was delivered in 1994, and contains major tenants such as PETCO, Pier 1 Imports and Olive Garden. The transaction was arranged by Colliers International. The new owners intend to lease out the vacant space and capitalize on the retail center’s prime location next to the Galleria at Crystal Run mall and the Orange Plaza power center.
