OKC Industrial Trades for $1.4M

Tire Manufacturer Purchases 100,000-SF Facility

West Worldwide Services, Inc. (WWS), an Iowa-based tire and wheel assembly manufacturer, purchased the industrial facility at 501 N. Ann Arbor Ave. in Oklahoma City, OK from a private seller for $1.35 million, or about $14 per square foot.
