Inland American Communities Group Sells Multifamily Complex to Refocus on Student Housing

Wicker Park Capital Management (WPCM), a Connecticut-based investment firm specializing in multifamily and retail investments in urban areas, in partnership with a Coral Gables, FL-based investor, acquired the 255-unit multifamily community formerly known as Cityville Block 121 in Birmingham, AL from Inland American Communities Group for $38.2 million, or about $150,000 per unit.
