The Niki Group, a real estate investment firm based in San Diego, has sold a freestanding retail property in Palm Desert, California. The single-tenant building traded to a private individual buyer for $6 million, or just about $281 per square foot. The Niki Group purchased the property in March 2023 for $5.1 million.
