Resource Real Estate and Contrarian Capital Management sold the Charter Court at East Falls multifamily building at 5450 Wissahickon Ave. in Philadelphia, PA to TreeTop Development, a Newark, NJ-based real estate company, for $47.3 million, or around $95,000 per unit.
