Taproom to open at San Francisco landmark

Woods Beer & Wine Co. is expanding into a highly visible new location that is expected to significantly increase its presence in the San Francisco market. The company has leased approximately 2,000 square feet at Fisherman’s Wharf, marking its seventh Bay Area location and first directly on the waterfront, at 2875 Taylor St., the former site of Fisherman’s Grotto. The building is owned by the city.
