Developer Acquires Former Pickens-Kane Moving & Storage for $6.5M

South Street Capital, a closely held private equity and real estate investment firm based in Chicago, closed on the former Pickens-Kane Moving and Storage building located at 909 West Bliss St. in Chicago for $6.5 million, or approximately $23 per square foot.
