In a strong signal of recovery for the downtown Toronto office sector, a pair of Desjardins’ investment funds, the Global Asset Management Canadian (DGAM) Private Real Estate Fund and the Desjardins Group Pension Fund, acquired the former HSBC Building in Toronto’s financial core from KingSett Capital's Senior Mortgage Fund for $134.6 million.
