National Distribution Centers, a subsidiary of the NFI family of companies, expanded on its original 74,381-square-foot lease at 1601 Saint Louis Ave. in Kansas City, signing for an additional 80,905 square feet at the distribution center. The company took the additional space on a 33-month lease beginning April 1, 2014.
