Saxon Partners Pays $13M for Chicago Walgreens

Saxon Partners, a Massachusetts-based investment, development and management firm, acquired a newly constructed Walgreens in Chicago, for a little more than $13 million, or about $879 per square foot. According to Real Capital Analytics, the 4.87% cap rate is the lowest cap rate ever recorded for a Walgreens property.
