City Center Realty Partners and Partner Angelo Gordon & Co., Sell 350,000-SF Building

City Center Realty Partners, a self-styled urban real estate investor and developer based in San Francisco, along with financial partner Angelo Gordon & Co., sold 800 Washington Avenue in Minneapolis, known as the TractorWorks building, to Goldman Sachs for $55 million or neary $172 per square foot.
