Deka Sells The Hague Office Building to Dutch State for €217 Million

Deka has sold De Resident office building in The Hague to the Dutch state for €217 million, land registry records show.

Deka acquired the building at Parnassusplein 5-135, Zwarteweg 30-40 and Turfmarkt 230-250 for its Deka-Immobilien Europa fund in March 2018.

The 53,371-square-metre property was valued at €178 million, according to the fund’s annual report as of 30 September 2022. At the time it was fully let, producing €9.9 million in annual rent. It is let to the ministry of health, welfare and sport and the ministry of social affairs and employment.
