Real Estate Investment Company Relinquishes Ownership of Baltimore Asset

Federal Capital Partners (FCP), a privately held real estate investment company out of Chevy Chase, MD, agreed to sell The Munsey, a multifamily high-rise in downtown Baltimore, for $18.35 million, or approximately $125,000 per unit.
