The Wel Companies, a temperature controlled warehouse and transportation provider with locations in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Florida, finalized a lease for 110,705 square feet at Hazleton Exchange 200, a newly built warehouse developed by Kansas-based Flint Development measuring 209,919 square feet.
