Harmony Investments and Spy Rock Sell Greenwich Village Apts.

Rieder Holdings, a private investment group out of New York, acquired the 224-unit multifamily asset known as the Greenwich Village Apts. in Virginia Beach, VA from a partnership composed of Spy Rock Development and Harmony Investments for $36.2 million, or about $161,830 per square foot.
