Chicago-based The Boeing Co., the world's largest aircraft manufacturer and one of the largest global aerospace and defense contractors, moved forward with its plans to consolidate its Arlington, VA operations through the acquisition of Monument View, a 322,000-square-foot build-to-suit development in Arlington's Crystal City neighborhood.
