Discreetly, Assembly, the French investment and development subsidiary of British asset manager Mark Capital Management, and management company Eternam have acquired two office buildings in the west of Paris. Their objective? To transform these vacant assets into PBSA — purpose-built student accommodation — residences for students and young professionals.
