Imwalle Properties, a California-based real estate investment firm, has acquired a high-vacancy office property in the Golden State's Campbell submarket, which lies about 10 minutes outside of San Jose. Imwalle purchased the property from Premia Capital — a developer based out of Redwood City, California — for $6.05 million, or around $110.43 per square foot.
