Sunhill Corp., a property management firm headquartered in Mill Valley, California, has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of an 8,323-square-foot Bank of America branch in nearby San Rafael. The transaction closed at a purchase price of $5.7 million, or about $684 per square foot. The seller, a family trust, had held the property for six years.
