Florida’s hotel construction pipeline has been growing for nearly two years. More than 20,000 rooms are now under construction, representing 4.3% of the state’s existing supply. The U.S. national hospitality market is seeing an average of 2.8% of existing supply under construction, providing some indication of how robust the Florida pipeline is.
