The sharp drop-off in industrial property sales in Portland, Oregon, that began in mid-2022, has leveled as of the second quarter of 2024. With fewer institutional funds active on the buying side, data for the quarterly and trailing 12-month figures indicates that private buyers are taking advantage of reduced competition and have stabilized activity, albeit at lower price points.
