The 146,000-square-foot Northridge Shopping Center, located in the Denver suburb of Arvada, sold to Kimco Realty Corp. for $19.8 million, including $11.5 million of mortgage debt, which was negotiated in an off-market transaction. With this latest acquisition, Kimco now owns 12 centers in the Denver-Aurora-Broomfield metropolitan area.
