Akamai Technologies Inc., a Massachusetts-based cloud computing services provider, leased 76,148 square feet at Menlo Equities' Oakmead Business Park in Santa Clara. The 10-year lease is for two floors at 3355 Scott Blvd., with an option for Akamai to expand into an additional 40,000 square feet.
