Century-old agriculture firm breaks ground on corporate campus in Modesto, California

JS West & Cos., a major producer of eggs and propane in Northern California that traces its roots to 1909, has broken ground on a four-story, 60,000-square-foot office building in Modesto. The project, known as Kiernan & Dale, sits at Dale Road and Kiernan Avenue within the Kiernan Business Park Specific Plan and is expected to be completed by July 2027.
