Rising above the Boise, Idaho, skyline, the Arthur apartment building provides residents with a luxury experience that supports daily life, connection to a community and access to the city.

The multifamily development, which opened in February 2025, earned a CoStar Impact Award, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.

The gleaming glass tower offers its residents more than just a typical apartment. It was designed to integrate housing with amenities to foster a sense of community.

An Elevation Club organizes activities, such as outdoor trips, classes and social events, giving residents the opportunity to meet and network. A 24-hour concierge service, a dedicated pet run, a health club and coworking spaces for remote work meet human needs and give residents even more opportunities to connect.

The rooftop deck features a social lounge and private terrace for hosting events. A hot tub and spa overlook Boise, giving residents a sanctuary from the outside world.

The Arthur is a joint venture between White Oak Realty Partners, Oppenheimer Development Corp. and Ponsky Capital Partners.

About the project: The Arthur is home to 298 luxury apartments configured in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. The ground floor includes 10,000 square feet of retail space.

What the judges said: "The Arthur is a unique and meaningful addition to the multifamily market in the Boise area,” said Kelly Schnebly, a partner at Colliers Retail Brokerage Services. “They delivered top notch amenities and an exterior design that brings something new and interesting to the downtown skyline."

They made it happen: From Oppenheimer Development Corp.: Skip Oppenheimer, chairman/CEO; Doug Oppenheimer, president; and Jeremy Malone, vice president.

From PCP Flow — the development arm of PCP — Christopher Lynch, co-CEO; Zac Ponsky, co-CEO; Osvaldo Contreras, senior vice president, design and construction; Cecilia Loftus, director of marketing and design.

From PCP Elevate — the management arm of PCP — Tamina Sheikh, president of property management; Kendall DeLashment, regional property manager; Jennifer Trammel, property manager.
