Regency Centers, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and operates a portfolio of grocery-anchored, open-air shopping centers in suburban trade areas, acquired Franklin Crossing in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, for $27 million, or $308 per square foot.
