Lakeland, Florida, industrial vacancy retreats from decade high

Lakeland's industrial market is showing signs that the pressures from the recent supply surge are beginning to fade. Vacancy has declined for two consecutive years as tenants have moved into space completed during the area's construction boom, helping vacancies fall from their highest level in more than a decade.
