Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Income Property Trust, an institutionally managed, daily NAV REIT, purchased two flex buildings totaling 237,312 square feet in Fremont, California, from Crowsnest Properties. Fremont Distribution Center sold for $47 million, or about $198 per square foot.
