Franklin Street Properties Corp. (NYSE:FSP), a Massachusetts-based company that invests in institutional-quality office buildings throughout the U.S., expanded its Atlanta portfolio with the acquisition of the 28-story office building at 999 Peachtree St., NE. FSP acquired the building from Atlanta-based Jamestown for $157.9 million, or about $254 per square foot.
