General Electric Sells 42,000-SF Warehouse in Fenton

Wilson's Structural Steel, a Missouri-based company, acquired the former General Electric Factory building at 2455 Cassens Dr. in Fenton, MO from General Electric Co. for $2.5 million, or about $60 per square foot.
