Seattle's Unemployment Rate Remains Flat

Labor Force Participation Reaches New Low

Unemployment in Seattle remained essentially flat in November after a contraction in October. According to preliminary numbers released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate stood at 5.1% for the Seattle metropolitan area, down from 5.2% in October, based on final numbers.
