Investor Pays $15.2 Million for 78 Units

A local real estate investment company paid $15.2 million to acquire a pair of Los Angeles apartment buildings from Mosser Cos. The price for the deal that closed in early December included some deferred maintenance and worked out to approximately $195,000 per unit.
