Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya

Choice Hotels and owner Seera Hotels, a fully owned subsidiary of publicly listed Seera Holding Group, are to open the 82-room Comfort Hotel Riyadh Olaya in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.

Best Western Fridhelmsplan

Swedish hotel owner-operator Pandox has bought the 221-room Best Western Fridhelmsplan in Stockholm for 400 million Swedish krona ($38.33 million), with an expected stabilized yield of approximately 7%.

Meininger Venezia Mestre

Meininger has opened the Meininger Venezia Mestre, in the mainland Italian town of Mestre opposite Venice, with 112 rooms (both guest rooms and dormitory-style rooms). It is the brand’s 34th hotel.

Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, Ostróda Mazury

Radisson Hotel Group is to open the 238-room Radisson Blu Resort & Conference Center, Ostróda Mazury, which will sit beside Lake Drwęca in Poland’s Masurian Lake District. It will be Radisson’s 18th hotel in the country.

Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush

IHG Hotels & Resorts and owner Lancaster Landmark Hotel Co. have signed an agreement to open the 252-room Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush in West London. When it opens in spring 2025, the hotel will be the sixth of the brand in the British capital.

Ansty Hall

Family office Exclusive Collection has acquired the 62-room Ansty Hall from Scottish hotel group Macdonald Hotels for an undisclosed price. Close to the English city of Coventry, the hotel occupies a Grade II-listed Georgian manor house.

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi

The 394-room Emirates Palace Hotel has been renamed as the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi, with the luxury hotel operator having taken over management in February in a deal with owner Emirates Palace Co.

NH Collection Dubai The Palm

The 532-room NH Collection Dubai The Palm has opened in collaboration with owner Seven Tides. Occupying a spot on the eastern shore of the “trunk” of the Palm Jumeirah, the hotel is a new-build and has 226 rooms.

Zleep Hotel Berlin

Owner Project Immobilien Group and operator Deutsche Hospitality will open the 198-room Zleep Hotel Berlin, the brand’s debut in the German capital, in the first quarter of 2024.

Angsana Real de la Quinta Benahavis Marbella

Singapore-based hotel firm Banyan Tree has agreed to make its Spanish debut with the opening in 2026 of the 90-room Angsana Real de la Quinta Benahavis Marbella, close to Marbella but inland from the Mediterranean Sea.

EasyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers

In March, EasyHotel will open the 180-room EasyHotel Paris Nord Aubervilliers in a northern neighborhood of Paris. It will be the firm’s third French hotel, with the others being in Nice and the capital’s Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Dana Rayhaan by Rotana

The 285-room Dana Rayhaan by Rotana has debuted in Damaam on Saudi Arabia’s Arabian Gulf coast.

Grand Hotel, Brighton

The Grand Hotel, Brighton, which dates to 1864, has been acquired by Israeli hotel firm Fattal from family office Whittington Investments, which also owns the Fortnum & Mason department store on Piccadilly, London.

Holiday Inn Eindhoven

Aimbridge EMEA has signed a 10-year management agreement for the 180-room Holiday Inn Eindhoven, The Netherlands, with owner Borealis Hotel Group. It is the owner’s 25th hotel.
