Developer Sells 178-Key Hospitality Bldg in Manhattan

Update (April 18, 2013): Cushman & Wakefield announced this morning that Jared Kelso and Ernest Lee with the firm's global hospitality group represented Hersha Hospitality Trust in the turn-key acquisition financing of its purchase of the Hyatt Union Square Hotel in Manhattan. The $55 million, floating-rate loan was provided by Natixis Real Estate Capital and is secured by the contemporary tower affixed atop a landmarked base.
