Florida-based Crocker Partners, with the backing of the Distressed Real Estate Opportunities Fund managed by New York-based private equity investor Siguler Guff & Co., made its latest acquisition in Atlanta, pocketing the nearly 500,000-square-foot Atlantic Center Plaza office tower.
