Phillips Edison-ARC Shopping Center REIT Buys Retail Property

Phillips Edison-ARC Shopping Center REIT acquired the 108,412-square-foot Hartville Centre in Hartville, OH, from CW Capital for $7.3 million, or about $67 per square foot. The purchase included three separate buildings at the site, each delivered between 1989-1990. The center is anchored by a Giant Eagle. Other tenants include Payday Cash Advance and Radio Shack, according to CoStar information. The property was about 77% occupied at the time of purchase.
