Institutional Investors Buy Former Giant Food Warehouse

A joint venture between New York Life Insurance Co. and Mosaic Realty Partners, a Maryland-based real estate investment firm formed by Eron Sodie and Isaac Pretter, bought the former Giant Food warehouse in Jessup, MD from Stop & Shop Supermarket Co. for an undisclosed price.
