HighBrook Investment Acquires Copley Center

101,726 SF Sells for $22.5 Mil.

HighBrook Investment Management in New York City acquired The Copley Business Center, three flex buildings with a total of 101,726 square feet for $22.5 million or about $221 per square foot. The buildings were reportedly 87% occupied at the time of sale and sold at a cap rate of 7.8%.
