ABACO Partners LLC purchased two apartments complexes in Mobile, AL constituting more than 250,000 square feet of living space for $6.5 million, or approximately $24,000 per unit. Both properties, previously named Cross Creek and Chateau Oaks, are now named Barrington Park Apartments and Manchester Park. This was an REO sale by Capmark Bank.
