Cornell Realty Management, a Brooklyn-based commercial real estate and development firm, acquired a vacant lot at 200-216 Kent Ave. in Brooklyn, NY from The Chetrit Group and Read Property Group for $12.3 million, or approximately $23 million per acre, according to public record.
