Michigan Investor Acquires 99% Leased Red Mountain Corporate Center

New York-based Fortress Investment Group, a diversified global investment manager, sold a 132,263-square-foot office building in Phoenix to a private investor based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Red Mountain Corporate Center sold for $21.25 million, or about $161 per square foot.
