MDC Realty Advisors USA Inc. purchased the Market Lofts Retail, an approximately 55,000-square-foot retail building at 645 W. Ninth St. in Los Angeles, CA, from CIM Group, a real estate and infrastructure investment firm. The property traded for $18.95 million or $345 per square foot.
